Your Phone Rings While You're on a Ladder—Now What?

You are halfway through a job. Hands full. Ladder swaying. Your phone rings. You let it go to voicemail. The customer calls your competitor. You lose the job. This happens to contractors, HVAC techs, plumbers, and electricians every single day. You cannot stop working to answer every call, but every missed call is money walking out the door. Sync Voice answers on the first ring while you finish the job. It takes the caller's name, the work they need, their callback number, and their address. If they want an estimate, it books a time slot straight into your calendar. When the call ends, you get a text summary. No hold music. No voicemail tag. No 'We'll call you back.' Just a real conversation that keeps the lead warm until you can follow up. You do not need to hire a receptionist or give someone access to your schedule. Sync Voice runs in the background, picks up every call, and hands you the details when you are ready. The job you are on stays your priority. The calls you miss become appointments instead of lost revenue.
